Registration for the conference is now open.

You can find information about the conference fees and other details related updated on the website. Note that the ’early-bird’ registrations must be made no later than on 1 April after which date late fees apply. Registration for the conference ends on 26 May.

We encourage you to register in well advance and also to start planning and booking your travelling as soon as possible.

Welcome to the Conference Dinner

In the evening of the first conference day, Tuesday 9 June, the participants are welcome to the conference dinner at the Restaurant Grädda, which is located in a historic environment by the river Aura. Tickets for the dinner (90 EUR) can be purchased online during the registration process. 

Accommodation

There is a quota of rooms reserved for the participants in a nearby hotel as well as a discount in two other hotel chains. We hope you find a suitable accommodation for your visit.

Do make your hotel reservation as soon as possible, since the city of Turku will be fully booked due to a number of different events in June 2026.
